i love cartoons by Hayao Miyazaki, and i have to thank Nicole my housemate in college who introduced me to his work… i started with “the grave of the fireflies” and “tortoro” and have been hooked ever since…
we bought this dvd a very very long time ago and i only watched it lately, but only managed to watch half of it as the disc was a little spoilt, anyhow thanks to youtube, i managed to find and watch the remaining bits of the movie…
its really touching, and i especially liked its theme song, Sekai no Yakusoku ~Jinsei no Merry-go-round or The Promise of the World: The Merry-go-round of Life
after dinner today, i went out to check on the pail of rainwater i was collecting to water my crystals as advised by Yuin Yuin… the air was so cool, the raindrops were so inviting, i decided to walk one round the house with the rain gently pelting my skin.. its really therapeutic it calmed my senses, its cold yet gentle, the smell of the rain lifted up my spirits.. i wish it could wash away all the bad things happening to me, take away everything, all the pain, all the sad memories, how i wish life is so simple eh?

yesterday was winter soltice day, and it also my paternal grandma’s death anniversary…
through out the last few weeks its been lots of celebrations, weddings, Christmas parties, endless merry making… will load the pictures up soon, left the cable at office 
somehow somethings is bothering me, i cant sleep… so i browsed through my phone, saw this picture and decided to blog about my little xmas deco on my work table

lots of thanks to chris for the reese chocolates from US, that looks like little presents under my little card tree and to grace for the lovely bear bear
our anniversary this year came and went away without much of an event… it was work as usual, then lunch together, dinner at secret recipe, nothing extraordinary, its just like any other normal day, just that these days he doesn’t fetch me to work anymore
but i have one more moo moo to my collection!! and here it is :) cute or not? my new addition to the lots of moo moo that he got for me….
i have lots and lots of stuffs that are of the image of a cow, my cup, the cup coaster, pen holder, key chain, and lots of people asked me why… i used to be very obsessed with Pooh Bear why the sudden change in the past few years?
why eh? thats because the person im in love with, is born in the year of the ox lor hehehe… so sampat right? yeah sometimes i also cant understand myself also!
another thing it just strike me is, why i have to have fried rice and fried yin yong for lunch on the 11th of December? for 3 years in a straight row? just for memories sake i guess… im really a very sentimental person…. this year i fell sick, on MC also i must have my fried rice & yin yong
my surprise came about 8.30, one box of my favourite dough nuts! so full from dinner also i walloped 2 1/2 dough nuts!
im very very angry now and very emotional, how can anyone be so shameless? what a disgrace to all women out there…
if you like the guy so much, but he already had a fiancee, and they are hapily together, how could anyone in the right state of mind still chased him shamelessly… even after the guy told her to back off she is still persistent!

i for one would take great care of how to pronounce the name of the person im addressing to…
not sure if im over sensitive but i really don’t like it if you mispronounce my name, heck, some people even call me Evening! usually i would still answer if the person called me politely, im used to being called Eve-lyn, Eeline, Ehlin, Eve, Averin, Avery the list is endless…
today i decided to correct a colleague who has this knack of calling me EVILyn, we sit 3 tables away, (about 30 feet away) she just loves to shout across the open area to me with the whole world listening to her conversation to me… i really hate it… whats the use of an extention line huh?
gosh, don’t know if its because of the pain on the wound that was caused by all those sweat or the lack of oxygen! oh yea, there was a power outage at work today, that caused the aircond to be malfunctioning and creating a suffocatingly hot work condition!!
but she really had it, i haven’t in my past 20 over years corrected someone on how to pronounce my name, and i did it by returning her holler to me, “My mom named me Evelyn not EVILyn”, quite a lot of people heard me too!! :S
yes i can be very mean, especially when im hot, bothered and in pain…
since i cant go out without sweating (it causes the wound to smart like hell!), i stayed put in the room with the aircond at full blast and took the opportunity to clear up the hard disk, and i chanced upon this song that i had in the pc since 2004, i think stan passed it to me…. its called “should i stay” by Dreamz FM which i blogged about 3 years ago…
the songs sung by this group are really for those people who are broken hearted… like how i was 3 years ago, before i had the courage to open my heart again to anyone… i really can relate to this song at that point of time…
