today was a no work day
today was training day
and today it also flooded!
my poor colleague her car was submerged into the flood water
poor thing…. but luckily this time the flood was not as bad as the one i experienced 2 years back where i had to wait till 9pm for the flood evacuation boat to come and rescue me!!

when i saw this two pictures today on flickr, suddently i had this thought that went through my mind…
sometimes it take ages for us to find our other half, but when we find the ‘one’ and finally settle down….
why is it that we start to take each other for granted and worse still sit on each other’s nerve? or end up bored with each other.. what happened to those feelings that brought you two together?
im just having these thought cos i had a chat with a friend today that her marriage is in some problems and she is looking for some thrils out there… sigh…. i hope everything turns out right…

i’ve always liked this particular malaysian model among the rest of the ton… but lately there are a lot of negative publicity about her since she decided to pose for the Indonesian version of Playboy…. if you ask me, those pictures were not too provocative (no nude shots at least) and well she has got more clothes than those girls you see in lingerie ads! (see for yourself below)
but being in a muslim country, there are talks about the magazine being banned etc.. funny thing is why dont they do something about those porn materials who are even more easily attainable?? in form of VCD’s, DVD’s, etc
even more crazy is the recent front page news about a pair of teens were slapped with a summons for indecency while all they did was just hold hands in a park? i wonder what else are we headed into… i mean even my parents holds hands when we go out.. are we moving forward or are we falling back into some really ulu times?

its the first annual dinner in this new company…
and yup we had it on april fools day…
the venue was in KLCC convention centre…
very beautifully decorated i must say…
but too bad… none of us brought camera, as we expected someone else to bring,
but end up no one bring
so only have our own phone’s to take picture lor…
and cos it was very dark and the theme was blue…
eveything came out very ghostly looking!
except for my glass of blue pepsi…

its been close to a month now since i’ve gone back to the “workforce”…
well its not like i’ve stopped working since i left ocbc… but everyone seems to ask me the same question!! so you went back to work ar? or so you finally got a job ar? wah so shiok huh never work for 3 months!! or why you got the offer in Jan but only start work in March?? blah blah blah…
utter rubbish…
its just like i’ve turned into a vegetable or some sort during the 3 months where i was helping my mom set up the new restaurant… its like you are not “working” if its not in the office kinda thingy…
hey…. working in the restaurant is tough okay… i practically worked my ass off… and not to mention the very long hours on the feet! (its more than 12 hours a day)
so before anyone decide to open the gab and ask me those few golden questions again… PLEASE DONT ASK ME… im fed up answering…. issssh
