somebody woke up happy happy…. playing with the blankets…

hmmm everything you give her she will surely put into her mouth.. poor duck duck…

my sister turned 30 two weeks ago on the 11th… lots of good food… and great company… and LOTS of babies too….

ahhhh sara got so many friends now… our kuchirat even got jealous when she saw my sister carrying Maximus… geee babies also know how to mark their territory eh?

just a follow through with my horrible dreams last monday…

thursday morning, as i reached office i heard the news that a colleague has passed away in the wee early morning… she had passed away due to a heart attack.. what broke our heart was that she had commented before to us that she was under tremendous stress and she can feel her heart beating very very fast… we didnt do anything about it, neither did she…

i was shocked to learn of her passing away… what brought tears to my heart was that her kids are very very young… between 10 yrs old to 5 yrs old… the younger two still didnt understand why mommy was lying down and not moving or talking… in times like this..

what do we do? what do we say?

i didnt go to her funeral today… i’m not good at handling goodbyes…. instead i stayed at home and focused on other things to distract my thoughts… well didnt manage much, just complete reading Digital Fortress in a day… thats about it… another day gone… the clock is still ticking…

lately.. im a bit lost…
im lost at work cos of the daily battle..
i lost a very good colleague yesterday… PC i will definately miss working with you..
i keep losing my temper these days…
i feel lost in my own house…
i feel like getting lost… away from all problems…
i lost lectora…. forever….

i have great colleagues who are nice people also…
i found laughter when im with wazir and margaret…
i found out its nice to run in the rain….
i found that i have alot of good old pals who are very suportive of me..
i found out im grumpy most of the time these days…
i found out the duvet i bought is not the correct size…

argh dont know why im like this…. guess im really lost.. when i lost you…. will you find me?

it was a cold and lonely night…
i decided to take a drive along the road to enjoy the breeze..
somehow… after a while of driving, i cant recall where the place is…
its not somewhere i’ve been before… no where i can relate to…

out of a sudden i realised whats wrong with the place!~
it has got dead people in coffins outside of almost every house~~
i saw big ones.. small ones… some houses even have more than two…

my stupid car have to rosak there and then… and i had to walk out of the car.. and get help…
dont know why, something seem to make me walk to this particular house…
when i reach the house… i saw this kid… he smiled at me.. but i sensed something was wrong…
i SAW his PICTURE on top of the smallest coffin….

ARRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHH

then i woke up… blardy hell… sweating like a pig… and scared to wits…

i walked to lectora and unica’s fish home… then i realised… lectora is missing from the bowl…
i searched and searched on the floor on the table… everywhere and i still cant find her
she is 3cm leh… how can go missing just like that one??? no and trails leading to a dead fish body… no watermarks around the crime scene… no dead fish smell…. lectora.. where are you…?

why the wierd dream and then my fish went missing?? stupid wazir some more frighten me with horror stories and his amazing theories of how my fish dissapeared really make me cannot sleep now..

sob sob.. im sad and scared… im tired but i cant sleep… im scared of getting that dream again

well… well… we planned it ourself to save cost.. you know la.. with budget cuts here and there… so we had to take things into our hands!! hehehe but it turned out very well.. just like last year (you can read last years roadrunner if you are interested its in august 2004)

well im no reporter so i just simply write la… too bad i cant really remember the task and clues as i didnt keep a soft copy of it… but heres what i roughly remember la…

flag off at the lobby of our new office…
task one –> to go to the carpark to find the station keeper to find the clue to the second station, mind you we have 8 levels of carpark.. so you see people running helter skelter floor after floor to search for wan… lucky no accidents!!

station 2 - klcc water park
task two–> to drink a bottle of 1.5 litre carbonated drink together with a BIG yellow onion… wah lao you should see their eyes water.. nyek nyek nyek… very pitifull….. wazir some more go blow his smelly onion breath on me yuck

clue two–> to go to the nearest komuter station and take the train to seremban… and in the train they have to complete a set of 3 brain teasers… hehehehe… to keep them occupied in the 1 hour plus journey.. some of them really cracked their head at this one!! once reaching seremban they have to find the museum where the next task was waiting for them….

station 3 - seremban
wan and yp had to check their brain teasers and then give them task 3–> to go search for our PD staff bungallow…

station 4- PD staff bungallow
task 4 –> to dig up their clue embedded in the sand at the beach area… this one damn kesian.. cos only one person can dig and cannot change people… so they almost died of heat and dehydration!! cos we estimated they will arrive about 11am… but well things didnt go as smoothly they came about 1-2 pm when mr sunbeam was not very friendly at all!!

clue 4 –> they almost fainted when they saw this… “please go to the City of Entertainment and meet your station master at the skyway” at this point 3 teams decided to quit the game… sigh…. 12 more to go…

station 5 - genting highlands skyway station
task 5 –> the task is to find the indoor theme park and then play the games there to win 20 coupons before they can take the clue to the next station…

clue 5 –> to find the next station at one of the starbucks cafe in genting (believe me this one is tricky.. there are 3 starbucks in genting ok!!) alot of them were shivering like hell cos they were in shorts and tshirts only… and it was raining and damn cold in genting…

they were damn glad when the envelope told them to take the fastest route they can to get back to KL and head to GE mall… out of genting and the cold cold wet wet place…

station 7 - GE mall
task 7 –> we gave them a list of 15 shop lot numbers where they have ot run about floor to floor to fill up the shop names… some were sooo tired that they decided to copy from the info board where we gave them a penalty of 10 minutes…

clue 7 –> this definately made their eyes glint with happiness!! it told them that this is the last station and to proceed to the finishing line at the hotel

bravo… everyone made it back safe and sound for dinner!! lots of makan and “i told you how i did it stories!!” in between mouthfull of food… they were soooo hungry cos some of them didnt even had breakfast or lunch while running all about town..

finally its over… its hard to keep the excitement.. and to keep a secret from the whole office is DARN hard….

since clifford has been asking… so i;d just draw up a skeleton of the places we went last saturday… we had our division Roadrunner (its a combo of amazing race and fear factor)

it was really fun but darn tiring…

the route was from office to –> carpark –> klcc water park –> seremban –> PD staff bungallow –> genting highlands –> GE mall –> ancasa hotel

of course at every station there was a task… will write more.. but now im damn sleepy.. and i still have to clean Lectora and Unica’s fish bowl so they have a nice clean home to swim about…
