mom called twice to remind me to get off work early… got a surprise for me *grin*

zoomed off after work and got stuck in bad traffic.. wonder whats happening.. traffic has been bad the past week too!

got a shock as i entered the restaurant… full house again!! thinking in my heart… wah lao ehhhh this is my “surprise” arr…. *pening*

then i saw my surprise, two crab’s sour and spicy… awaiting for me to attack them!! woo hoo…
after finishing it, i brought my own plate to the kitchen since everyone is so busy….

while in the kitchen, i spotted a big pot of chickpea and waterchestnut dessert!! wow! john said he boiled that again today cos i said it was super delicious.. nyehehehe…. wallop one bowl… must remember to *hint* to him my fav is pak kor fuu chuk yee mai (ginko, barley with beancurd)

finishing that i went back to kitchen to discard my bowl…. then…… i heard the chinese cook calling me

ah kwok: shhhhh…. come come
me: what what? *skipping my way there*
ah kwok: got something for you…
me: WAH sharkfin soup!!! I WANT!!
ah kwok: duh… can quiet a bit arr?
*me sudah grab bowl and looking for spoon liao!!*

went to the kitchen to discard the bowl again…. and…. spotted my mom…

mom: you didnt eat rice today huh… come let me give you some soup
me: what soup?
mom: your fav ABC soup
me: WAH!!! I WANT!!! bigger bowl please yummm…..

on the way out with my loot…. another whisper!!

jennifer: got keropok and roasted chicken you want some??
me: ehhhh i try one??

sigh.. how la to be skinny when every corner i turn also food?? cis…. too full and too lazy to upload the pictures again…

went to my mom’s restaurant… got into the kitchen and said “im hungry! anything to eat arr?”

mom gave me - 1 big bowl of “kiam chye akk” (salted vege, taufoo, tomato and duck soup)
chinese cook made me - 1 bowl of fried rice
western cook made me - 1 chicken chop (extra big portion, i called him lengchai today!!)
my brother gave me - 1 bowl of chickpea and waterchestnut dessert
aunty doris made me - 1 banana split
jennifer gave me - 1 big glass of ginseng with red dates

wah suddently so many things in front of me… stonned for a while donno which to attack first!

in the end, couldnt sleep cos my tummy too full!!

still havent finish loading the pictures, i will do it tomorrow hopefully kekekeke…

this week is full of events:-

1. a colleague’s bf got murdered right in front of her eyes
2. boss came back from japan - got a nice present
3. server capacity busted
4. frustrated with susan for never ever picking up her phone or replying sms
5. organising a gathering but the date kept changing
6. finally settled on the date, but venue tukar
7. jason’s gf kena accident
8. jason aka cinnamon’s car front went up in ‘white” smoke (never KEBABOOM)
9. my food got a little snail…
10. half way dancing kim’s shoe rosak!

will blog in detail later (with pictures… loads of them)… now got to go help out in the restaurant…

wah lao… when i thought that i have survived the worst amount of bombs ever… i received 12 last year from july to dec, those earlier i forgot how many already…

to date in 2005 the tally has come to 5 already..

someone ATE the big fat juicy mandarin orange that i have kept for tonights mandarin orange throwing session!!! sob sob…. shouldnt have left it on my work table… i came back after meeting and IT was GONE…

should have taken min’s advise of getting one box of orange.. instead of only ONE… now orange tarak, back up tarak… baling apa?

grrrr…. this is a real case of “missing chicken syndrome” translated from the cantonese saying “pai sun emm kin kai” !!

wow i just had a good look at my salary slip today… most of the times i don’t even open the envelope to see how much pay i’m getting…

and guess what i found out?? the EPF contribution from employer is 16% keng chao eh! i checked with Jason he said norm is only 12% i’m getting 4% more woo hoooooo……

just had lunch with syah and lili… they are not happy at work… and have given me their resume to help them get a job here… wow.. if the both of them get hired (since we are short of bumi staffs here)… i will get an incentive of RM500 per person, under the staff get staff campaign… heheheh….

wish them (& me) luck so they get the job and i get the RM1k incentive kekekekek….

by the way anyone looking for a job? lemme know hahahaaaaaaaaaa……….

just got home jason dropped by after work.. its been such a long while i didnt see him… so when i saw him i was talking non stop… poor him… after a long day at work… still got to endure my non stop talking… stopped only by the intervals of me attacking the ayam goreng

im looking at the pair of koala bear he bought from gold coast for me.. very cute… ahhhh so happy now… miss those days when he wasnt so busy.. and had more time for me… now i have to wrestle his time from his work and his gf… hehehe… but then i know im always his princess no matter what….

called susan today… to tell her about jasmine’s/yap’s biz of wedding photography… tomorrow will be meeting up with susan and junko to go and see evening gowns at carven ong… ahhhh finally CNY wont be CNY until after i grab susan’s ang pau hehehe…. nezan is going to be soooo jealous… heheheeeee

ohhhh this wednesday going to go throw mandarin oranges.. want to join me? hehehe…

im alone - but not lonely
been overworking - at least i still have a job
im not rich - but still have a roof over my head, 3 meals a day
my parents nagging at me - at least i still have both of them around and they love me
afraid of dark - thank god for giving me sight and of course electricity
dont have time to read - thank god for being literate
anything spoiled - call gordon to fix it

very surprising… its been a long while since i’m able to wake up feeling really HAPPY! havent mauled anyone today…. YET

nothing much to blog about…. today my mom’s restaurant was packed to the brim… kena SOS to go and help… so busy till i also pening…

had some relatives there for dinner too.. and well same old usual questions… why no BF? when are you getting married? why this.. why that… when this… when that… sien lae…

munching on frozen grapes now… the fridge is too cold… got to ask gordon to fix it…

oh yeah i finally finished Angels and Demons by Dan Brown today….
